Artificial Intelligence Architects & Systems Designers (IT Business Analysts)
-
university graduates with majors in artificial intelligence, computer sciences, data sciences or electronics engineering, statistics from a reputable international university
-
minimum three years post qualification experience with an IT consulting firm specialising in artificial intelligence
-
knowledge and experience of AI procurement, contract management and data analysis with a focus on leveraging AI to streamline processes, improve efficiency and ensure compliance with government regulations
-
knowledge and experience of end-to-end automation of credit initiation, loan approval and risk management within banking sector using AI tools and ERP integration
-
knowledge and experience of robo-advice within retail finance and mortgages sector using algorithmic models for consumer behaviours and adoption
-
experience of working with defence and government contracts will be a plus, although not mandatory
-
conduct research in computer and information science. Invent and design new approaches to computing technology, find innovative uses for existing technology, and solve complex problems in computing.
-
ability to work with vast amounts of data to develop highly advanced systems and improve operations.
-
experience of developing chatbots, voice recognition smart assistants and automated social media monitoring that produces textual, audio and video outputs in response to user prompts based on machine learning algorithms
-
knowledge of deep-learning protocols using neural net works to simulate human decision making and teach AI models to learn from patterns in unstructured data
-
experience of developing probabilistic machine learning through data patterns using multiple coding programming languages and applications for generative AI platforms

Business Development Manager

university graduates with majors in management sciences, marketing, advertising or statistics from a reputable international university
-
minimum three years post qualification experience with a management consulting firm
-
knowledge and experience of enterprise resource planning, management consulting, business process re-engineering, development of target operating models and change management
-
assist in the development and implementation of ESRG and CSR projects for corporate clients with the aim to design, develop, deliver and measure performance against business preferences and requirements.
-
meet (or exceed) monthly sales targets relating to increase in market share and revenue growth.
-
assist with planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities.
-
analyse market research, gather consumer behaviour data, and create reports on marketing and sales metrics.
-
lead and manage key client relationships through acquisition, support and excellent customer service.
-
plan and deliver promotional events, and coordinate with other team members to create engaging advertising and promotional content for multiple distribution channels.
-
support the CEO with sales coordination and sales delivery strategy in line with agreed business targets.
-
conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities.
-
create and analyse MS Excel spreadsheets and quantitative data periodically for measurement of sales performance and client metrics such as return-on-investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPI).
-
actively contribute to achieving business objectives through the development and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns.
-
coordinate entire marketing design and content creation life cycle through support from the outsourced advertising agencies.
-
keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
-
prepare annual business plans and quarterly actual vs. budget revenue reports.
-
monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
-
proactively identify new business methods, products or services across target client groups in order to identify best practices within ESRG and CSR consultancy practice.
-
establish appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepare proposals outlining programmes of work and cost details.
-
collate and interpret findings of market research and presents results to clients.
-
discuss possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research.
-
briefs advertising team on business requirements, monitor the progress of advertising campaigns and liaise with clients on potential modifications.
-
support target customers to actively adopt and implement new ESRG and CSR strategies.
-
handle all external communications including liaising with third party outsourced agencies and media.
-
be a confident speaker with authoritative knowledge on ESRG topics and represent Staples Capital across all media and strategic forums.
-
write regular web blogs and e-newsletter content (monthly) about Staples Capital work and ESRG themes with native or excellent English and Urdu copy writing proficiency.
-
review, amend and implement social media policy in line with UK regulations for web promotions.
-
manage and update Staples Capital website (using Divi and Wix).
-
analyse and evaluate Staples Capital digital marketing performance through Google analytics, search engine optimisation algorithms and traffic uptake evidenced through increased public engagement in the form of continuous increase in follower/subscriber count.

any other reasonable duties that may be required by line manager.
